Welcome to our new property information website!

I am excited that we have taken this leap into providing our property information in an easy and transparent manner!  I want to share a couple of key things to be aware of as you start to explore and use this valuable tool.

1. Detailed property information will only be updated 3 times per year on this website.  That information includes, but is not limited to information on improvements (structures).  These updates should occur on or around March 15, June 15, and December 1 of each year.
2. Annual assessed value updates will be included in the June 15 update.
3. Sales information will be updated on the 10th of each month to reflect previous month's sales information.  This will include sales dates, deed types, sales price, and transaction type.  It will also update the deedholder information.
4. If you are looking at property information for a property you own and there is an error, PLEASE complete the Data Correction form that can be found at the top of the parcel page.  It is an easy to complete online form. 
5. There is a lot of commercial data that is missing.  I am working vigilantly to update this information but anticipate that it will take me at least 2 more years to get it caught up.  Unfortunately, if you find a commercial property that is missing the improvement information you are looking for, you will still need to reach out to me directly to get improvement information.  A lot of the updates will happen through attrition of when I am asked for specific information.
